目的 :建立氧氟沙星注射液细菌内毒素含量测定中获得理想回收率的方法。方法 :选用不同混合时间的阳性对照品 ,比较其在氧氟沙星注射液细菌内毒素含量测定中回收率的变化。结果 :内毒素与氧氟沙星的混合时间越长 ,氧氟沙星注射液细菌内毒素含量测定的回收率越低。结论 :将样品阳性对照液制备好后 ,立即加入已有鲎试剂的反应试管中开始反应 ,即可避免影响所测供试品细菌内毒素含量的回收率。

Objective: To esteblish a method to obtain a best recovery on determine the content of bacterial endotoxin in oflxacin injection. Methods: Using PPC mixed on different time, compare one recovery of content of bacterial endotoxin in oflxacin injection with another.Results: The longer the time of mixing bacterial endotoxin with oflxacin, the lower the recovery of content of bacterial endotoxin in oflxacin injection. Conclusion: Add the solution of PPC to the reactive tube with Hao reagent Immediately when PPC was prepared, the effect of mixed time on recovery of content bacterial endotoxin in oflxacin injection can be avoided.
