摘要
本文包括两个主要部分。第一部分介绍了内燃机发电机组噪声控制基本原理。提出降低内燃机进排气噪声雷诺数原则。第二部分介绍固定式大马力柴油机发电机组及移动式小马力汽油机发电机级的噪声控制工程实例。应用本文介绍的方法,控制内燃机发电机组的噪声,在通常节约开支的条件下,机房外墙一米的测量点,噪声可控制在60±5dB(A)的范围内。
This paper consists of two parts. In the first part, the author introduces the basic principles of the noise suppression in the internal combustion engine-electric generator and suggests a Reynolds number rule in the method of decreasing the noise in the air inlet and exhaust pipes of internal combustion engine. In the second part, the author cites some engineering examples of the noise suppression in the fixed diesel and the light duty gasoline engine-electric generator. Appling the method introduced by the author, the noise made by the internal combustion engine-electric generator can, in general, be decreased to the level of 60±5 dB(A). The measuring point is one metre from the outer wall of the eugine house.
