摘要
在氧化法去除含硫脱毛碱膨胀废水内主要污染物硫化物的过程中,考察了13种金属离子交换蒙脱石的催化氧化能力。结果表明,锰基蒙脱石在常温、常压和氧气存在下具有极好的催化氧化S^(2-)离子的能力。与现行的硫酸锰催化氧化治理方法相比,本法的效益和稳定性均具有明显的优越性。锰基蒙脱石催化氧化脱硫的机理,以及影响这种催化活性的主要因素,文中作了讨论。
The catalytic oxidation ability of 13 metal ion-exchanged montmorillonites are investigated in oxidative removal of the sulfides which are the main pollutant in the moult and alkali swell waste water. The results show that mn^(2+) based montmorellonite possess high ability of the catalytic oxidation S^(2-) under normal temprature, pressure and in the presence of oxygen. In contrast with the catalytic oxidation by MnSO_4, this process is more superior. The mechanism of the desulfidization and the main factors that influence the desulfidization are discussed.
