培元益肝汤治疗慢性乙肝21例

21 Cases of Taking Peiyuan Yigan Decoction for Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

以自拟培元益肝汤结合维生素、肝泰乐等口服治疗慢性乙肝 2 1例 ,30天为 1疗程 ,经过 1～ 12疗程门诊治疗后 ,乙肝病毒血清标志物HBsAg转阴率为 16 % ,HBeAg血清转阴率为 36 % ,ALT、AST恢复正常达到 75 %。

This paper shows a good effect on treating chronic hepatitis B by taking self made Peiyuan Yigan decoction vitemin,liver detoxication pill and so on,A course of treatment consists of 30 days,after 1 to 12 courses of treatment at the polyclinic,according to 21 cases 16 percent of HBsAg transformed into being negative,36 percent of HBeAg transformed into being negative,and 75 percent of ALT,AST returned to being normal.As a simple method,no side effect,without virus,it is suitable to be used at mass based medical units.
