摘要
散血明目片以相当成人等效剂量的 2 5、10、2 5倍给大鼠连续给药 3个月及停药 2周 ,动物血液学及血液生化学指标均无异常改变 。
The rats were given orally to equivalent to 2 5,10,25 times of SanXueMingMu tablet dosage used in clinic for an adult for three months and withdrawal two weeks.No abnormal changes of hematology and blood biochemistry in rats were observed.It indicates that the using of SanXueMingMu tablet has no effect on blood property.
