摘要
目的 :探讨广西汉族 2型糖尿病 (DM)合并高血压与 ACE基因 I/ D多态性的相关情况及其与血脂代谢的关系。方法 :采用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)技术 ,对 81例广西地区汉族 2型 DM无合并高血压患者和 39例 2型 DM合并高血压患者及 10 0名汉族正常对照的 ACE基因插入 /缺失 (I/ D)多态性及血脂进行检测。结果 :2型 DM合并高血压组 ACE基因各等位基因及基因型频率与正常对照组及无合并高血压组比较均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2型 DM合并高血压 DD基因型组及 ID基因型组甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)高于正常组 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)低于正常组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;II基因型组 TG、TC及 L DL- C低于 DD基因型组及 ID基因型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与正常组对照组比较无统计学意义 ,HDL - C高于 DD基因型组及 ID基因型 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;ID基因型组 TG高于正常组、DD基因型组及 II基因型组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :广西地区汉族 2型 DM合并高血压与 ACE基因 I/ D多态性无关联。 2型 DM合并高血压 DD基因型及 ID基因型者与正常人比较更易患高甘油三酯血症、高总胆固醇血症及高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症 ,II基因型者不易患高脂血症 ;
Objective: To study ACE gene I/D polymorphism susceptibility to type 2 diabetes with hypertension disease and the relationship between Triglyceriet(TG) , total cholesterel(TC) , low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) to genotypes of the ACE gene in type 2 diabetes with hypertension disease Methods: Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was used to determine the I/D polymorphism genotypes in intron 16 of the ACE gene in 81 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension and 39 cases of type 2 diabetes patients without hypertension disease and 100 healthy controls Results: The distribution of DD,ID and II genotypes and D and Ⅰ alleles of the ACE gene has no difference among type 2 diabetes patients with or without hypertension and healthy controls(P>0 05) TG, TC ang LDL of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension with DD genotypes and ID genotypes are higher than normal group(P<0 05) HDL is lower than healthy controls (P<0 05) TG ,TC ang LDL of II genotypes are lower than DD genotypes and ID genotypes of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension (P<0 05),which has no statistics meaning compared with the normal group TG of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension with ID genotypes is higher DD genotypes, II genotypes and normal group(P<0 05) Conclusion:The I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene was not associated with type 2 diabetes with hypertension in Guangxi region Type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension with DD genotypes and ID genotypes are easier to suffer from hyper lipermia than normal control while II genotypes don′t easily suffer from hyper lipermia but ID genotypes are easier to suffer from Hypertriglyceridemia than DD genotypes
