2型糖尿病合并冠心病与血管紧张素转化酶I基因多态性的相关性及脂质代谢的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM)合并冠心病 (CHD)与血管紧张素转化酶 I(ACE)基因插入 /缺失 (I/ D)多态性的相关性及其各基因型血脂代谢情况。方法 :采用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)技术 ,对 32例广西地区汉族 2型 DM合并 CHD患者 ,88例 2型DM无合并 CHD患者及 10 0名汉族正常对照的 ACE基因 I/ D多态性及血脂进行检测。结果 :2型 DM合并 CHD组 ACE基因 D等位基因及 ID基因型发生频率高于正常对照组及无合并 CHD组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;I等位基因及 II基因型频率低于正常对照组及无合并 CHD(P <0 .0 5 )。 2型 DM合并 CHD组 ID基因型组甘油三酯 (TG)及总胆固醇 (TC)高于正常对照组、DD基因型组及 II基因型组 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)低于正常对照组 ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2型 DM合并 CHD DD基因型组 TG、L DL- C及 TC高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :1广西地区汉族 2型 DM合并 CHD与 ACE基因 I/ D多态性有关。 2 D等位基因及 ID基因型可能为 2型 DM合并 CHD的易感基因 ,I等位基因及 II基因型可能为 2型 DM合并 CHD的保护基因。 3广西地区汉族 2型 DM合并 CHD的 ID基因型者及 Objective: To study ACE gene I/D polymorphism susceptibility to type 2 diabetes with coronary artery (CHD)disease and the relationship between Triglyceriet(TG) , total cholesterel(TC) , low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) to genotypes of the ACE gene Methods: Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is used to determine the I/D polymorphism genotypes in intron 16 of the ACE gene in 32 cases of type 2 diabetes with CHD patients and 100 healthy controls Results: The frequencies of ID genotype and D allele′s frequencies of ACE gene are much higher in the type 2 diabetes with CHD patients than those without CHD and in controls (P<0 05), but II genotype andⅠallele′s frequencies are much lower in these patients (P<0 05) TG and TC of the type 2 diabetes with CHD with ID genotype patients are much higher than patients of DD genotype ,II genotype and healthy controls (P<0 05) TG and TC and LDL C of the type 2 diabetes with CHD with DD genotype patients are much higher than patients of healthy controls (P<0 05) HDL of the type 2 diabetes with CHD with ID genotype patients are much lower than patients of healthy controls LDL C of the type 2 diabetes with CHD with ID genotype patients are much higher than patients of healthy controls (P<0 05)  Conclusion: ①The I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene is associated with type 2 diabetes with CHD in Guangxi region ②ID genotype and D allele of ACE gene are associated with the susceptibility to type 2 diabetes with CHD ,ID genotype and D allele are risk factors of type 2 diabetes with CHD ,I genotype andⅠallele are markers of reduced risk in type 2 diabetes with CHD in Guangxi region ③Type 2 diabetes patients with CHD with DD genotypes and ID genotypes are easier to suffer from hypertriglyceridemia than patients of II genotypes and normal control in Guangxi region Type 2 diabetes patients with CHD with ID genotypes are easier to suffer from Hypertriglyceridemia than DD genotypes Type 2 diabetes patients with CHD with II genotypes don't easily suffer from hyper lipermia
