穿刺液涂片镜检与细菌培养的比较

The examination of bacteria of puncture fluid with smear and culture methods

目的 了解深部穿刺液标本直接涂片镜检与细菌培养 2种方法对细菌检出率的比较 ,探讨细菌学检查的影响因素 ,为临床正确分析细菌学检查结果提供参考。方法 对临床送检的 14 3例深部穿刺液标本进行直接涂片镜检和细菌培养。结果 10 4例涂片镜检阳性标本中有 31例 (2 9.8% )细菌培养阴性 ;39例涂片镜检阴性的标本中有 13例 (33.3% )细菌培养阳性。 31例未经抗生素治疗的脓肿穿刺液标本涂片与细菌培养结果均阳性 ,而且结果一致。结论 经验用药后再采集细菌培养标本是影响细菌培养阳性率的主要原因。标本直接涂片镜检对细菌培养检查有重要的补充作用。

Objective To explore the difference between the direct examination of bacteria of deep puncture fluid in smear and culture of bacteria. Methods 143 samples of deep punctural fluid were detected by the methods of the examination of bacteria in smear and the culture of bacteria. Results The positive rate of culture of bacteria is 33.3% in 39 negative cases of the examination in smear. The negative rate of culture of bacteria is 29.8% in 104 positive cases of the examination in smear. The reseults of the examination in smear and the culture of baceteria in 31 cases of punctural fluid of abscess not treated were both positive. Conclusion The direct examination of bacteria in smear is especially complementary for the examination of bacteria.
