摘要
目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体拮抗剂(ARB_1)氯沙坦对老年高血压病患者脉压的影响。方法:符合WHO/ISH高血压病诊断标准的高血压病Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者32例,清晨口服氯沙坦50～100mg。结果:用药半年后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)均显著下降(P<0.001)。结论:氯沙坦不仅是安全可靠的降压药,而且还可以缩小脉压,具有器官保护作用,可作为老年高血压一线用药。
To evaluate the effects of Losartan on pulse pressure of hypertensive disease. Methods: 32 cases with hypertensive disease were definitely diagnosed according to WHO criterion. All of them were administered Losartan orally 50-100mg per day for six months. Results: After the treatment of Losartan, The SBP, DBP, PP, MAP were all decreased significantly. Conclusions: Losartan is not only safe and effective in treating hypertension but also decreases pulse pressure. It can protect cardio-cetrebro-renal function and be used as an antihypertnsive drug in first consideration.
