湖州三院苯二氮类药物的用药分析

Analysis and Economical Evaluation to Benzodiazepines Use

目的:了解苯二氮类BDZ药物在精神科疾病中的应用情况,保证患者用药合理、安全、有效、经济。方法:应用回顾性调查的方法,对湖州三院2001年9～10月份BDZ类3412张处方进行分析。结果:发现在精神科失眠、焦虑、抑郁患者较为多见,用药频率较高。结论:BDZ药物是目前国内外具有发展前途的常用药物,注意BDZ药物的依赖性,应交替使用不同品种,以保证患者用药安全,减少药物不良反应。

Objective: To study the using state of benzodiazepines(BDZ) in treatment of psychiatric diseases, ensure the reasonable, safe, effective, and economic drug-use in patients. Method: 3346 prescriptions of BDZ drugs from September, 2001 to October, 2001 in Huzhou third hospital were analyzed by a retrospective investigation. Result; It was found that anxiety, depression, and insomnia were the commoner symptoms in all the psychiatric patients, the frequency of the drug-use was higher. Conclusion; BDZ is a kind of common drug with a developing future. More attention should be taken to BDZ. A variety of BDZ should be used alternately in order to ensure the saefty to drug use, and reduce ADRs.
