中西医结合治疗老年人眼部带状疱疹24例观察

Senile Herpes Zoster on Region of Eye (24 cases) Treated by Integrated Tradional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗老年人眼部带状疱疹的疗效。方法 :治疗组 2 4例用西药结合中药内服 ,以及静脉滴注双黄连粉针 ,肌注清开灵 ,外敷藤黄散治疗 ;对照组 2 0例单用西药治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 10 0 % ,对照组总有效率85 % ,两组比较有非常显著差异 (χ2 =7.2 3,P<0 .0 1)。两组疗程比较有显著差异 (t=2 .0 4 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合疗法可提高疗效 ,缩短疗程 ,减少并发症。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of integrated tradional Chinese medicine with Western medicine in treating senile herpes zoster on region of eye.Methods:The test group (24 cases) had been treated by oral tradional Chinese drugs and Western drugs,'Shuang-Huanglian'drip iv gtt,'Qing-Kailing'im and'Teng-Huang'medicinal powder applied cointment etc.Meanwhile,the control (20 cases),treated by oral Western medicine only.Result:The total effective rate in the test was 100% and that in the control,85%.The difference between them was significant(χ2=7.23,P<0.01);The treatment course was significant different between them also(t=0.24,P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of integrated tradional Chinese medicine with Western medicine in treating senile herpes zoster on region of eye can be applied to short the treatment course and reduce the complications.
