特素对胃癌细胞体外增殖抑制的实验研究

The study of paclitaxel on growth inhibition of gastric cancer cells

目的 探讨特素 (紫杉醇注射液 )在体外对人胃腺癌细胞的增殖抑制效应。方法 将不同浓度的特素与三株不同分化程度的人胃腺癌细胞株共同温育 ,采用体外药物敏感试验及流式细胞仪技术 ,检测特素对胃癌细胞的杀伤率 ,并对细胞周期的改变进行初步分析。结果 特素对三株胃癌细胞均存在显著的增殖抑制作用 ,对不同胃癌细胞的增殖周期影响不一。结论 特素体外对人胃癌细胞有良好的杀伤作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of paclitaxel on growth inhibition of human gastric cancer cells.Methods Three gastric cancer cell lines with various degrees of differentiation were incubated with paclitaxel of various concentration. The cytotoxicity of paclitaxel was examined by MTT test. The cell proliferation ability was observed under flow cytometry assay.Results Paclitaxel had a significant killing effect on human gastric cancer cells in vitro. The effect of paclitaxel on cell cycle of gastric cancer cells was different among 3 cell lines.Conclusion Paclitaxel can inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cells effectively in vitro.
