应用腕关节镜技术诊治腕部疾病

Diagnosis of wrist disease with arthroscope

目的探讨腕关节镜技术在腕关节骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、月骨无菌性坏死等腕部疾病中的应用。方法应用直径2.3mm、30°的关节镜及小型刨削器直径2.5mm的刨削头,在腕背1、2、3、4、7桡腕关节和腕中关节入路,腕关节牵引下,镜下探查并用刨削器及器械清理、修整病灶组织。结果治疗12例腕部疾病,其中优7例,良4例,可1例。全部病例手术顺利,无并发症。结论腕关节镜技术为诊断和治疗腕部疾病,尤其是疑难性腕部痛,提供了一种全新的微创治疗方法,值得发展和推广。

Objective To observe the application of wrist arthroscope in treating wrist disease such as osseous arthritis arthritis aseptic necrosis of lunate bone.Methods The inlet of arthroscope diameter was2.3mm angulation was30° was at ra dio carpal and midcarpal joint.Tracting by wrist joint the pathologic tissue was cleaned and repaired by in stru ment under the arthro-scope.Results The operation of cases were successful and had no complication including excellent 7cases fine4cases and fairish1case.Conclusion The technique of wrist arthroscope can provide a new microtraumatic operation in di agnosing and treating the wrist disease especially in the difficult wrist pain.It is worth spreading.
