摘要
目的对特殊复杂类型肢(指)体离断伤,为避免因清创造成组织缺损过多而失去修复及再植时机,采用显微有限清创以最大程度地恢复肢(指)体完整性。方法在传统清创方法的基础上,针对不同污染创面、不同污染组织而实施相应的清创措施。结果在51例特殊复杂类型肢(指)体离断伤中实施有限清创,成功率95.4%。结论显微有限清创法使以往因清创过多导致组织缺损而无法修复与再植的肢体创伤得以修复。
Objective To avoid losting opportunity of rehabilitation and replantation because of serious lack of tissues after debridement microscopital limited debridement was carried out to reconstruct integrity of limbs or fingers.Methods Building up conception of limited debridement on the base of traditional methods relevant debridement were carried outaccording to different tissue and wound.Results Limited debridement were carried in51limbs and fingers with especially complex amputation.successful rate was95.4%.Conclusion Microscopical limited debridement has saved those limbs and fingers that could not be rehabilitated and replanted because of serious lack of tissue after traditional debridement.
