摘要
在简要介绍径向伸缩型超声波粉体输送装置的结构和输送机理的基础上,利用自行设计的自动测试与控制系统对试制的原理样机的输送速率进行了实验研究,根据实验结果对粉体种类、驱动电压、工作频率、细管输送段长度以及料筒内粉体高度等因素对输送速率的影响规律进行了分析和讨论。
The principle of a new ultrasonic powderfeeding device is introduced in this paper.Based on this principle,an experimental research on the transfer speed of the powder is performed using measure and control system designed by ourselves.From the experimental results,some conditions such as powder type,driving voltage of power,frequency of power,length of the pipe and height of powder in powder barrel effect to transfer speed of powder,are analyzed and discussed.
