摘要 为摸清煤燃烧时硫的析出规律,对媒及水煤浆在不同的工况下进行试验研究,试验发现硫的析出过程可分有机硫和无机硫两部分。长广煤中有机硫的析出反应可用Arrhenius方程描述,其频率因子为0.17(1/s),活化能为6470(Cal/mol);长广煤中无机硫的析出速率可表示为:dUs/dr=0.352(100-Us)^(1.0)×exp(-14158/RT)。另外,我们还得到脱硫效率与炉温及Ca/S的关系。 Saveral experiments have been carried out to study the regularity of separating out sulfer during combustion of coal and coal-water slurry. It was found that the process could be divided into two stages of organic sulfer and inorganic sulfer. The separation reaction of organic sulfer in the Changguang coal can be described by Arrhenious equation with a 0.17(1/S) frequenty factor and 6470 (CAL/MOL) activation energy. The rate of separating out of inorganic sulfer in Changguang coal can be expressed by dVs/d_τ=0.352(100-Vs) exp(-14158/RT). Additionally, the relationships between desulferization efficiency and furnace temperature or Ca/S value were obtained.
