摘要
用阳极氧化方法制备了多孔Al,并向其孔中镀入Cu,观察到了其表现出的偏振性质。实验结果表明,镀Cu多孔Al膜确实和线栅偏振器一样表现出偏振性质。未电镀的多孔Al,在650.0nm显示出较好的偏振特性;对于电镀的样品,在1500.0nm显示出较好的偏振特性。电镀后的多孔Al膜的透射率相对降低,但偏振度明显提高。
Cu was implanted into the pores of anodic Al by means of electroplating.With such metal array,the Al film was expected to work as a wire grid polarizer.The experiment results confirmed the polarization of anodic Al with and without Cu columns.The film without Cu columns displays better polarization at wavelength of 650.0 nm,and the polarization of it results form the metal Al remains in anodic Al.Compared with the anodic film without Cu columns,the film with Cu metals exhibits better polarization properties at wavelength of 1 500.0 nm and the extinction ration enhances,but the transmissivity decreases because of the increasing metallic columns embedded.Due to its low cost of production and compactness,micropolarizer made of the anodic Al has a wide application in optical telecommunications.
