调整生产方式,提高农产品的国际竞争力

Adjust production mode to improve international competitiveness of farm produce

摘要 近年来,我们比较注重农业的结构调整,注重对种植业结构、农产品品种结构、农业的区域结构等进行调整,虽然也取得了一些成效,但由于农业的生产方式没有及时得到调整,致使农产品的竞争力并不强.加入WT0以后,要破除国外的绿色壁垒,提高农产品的国际竞争力,必须摒弃传统的生产方式,使用绿色生产方式.绿色生产方式是指在农业生产过程中,采用生物链立体种养技术、生物治虫技术,施用绿肥、有机肥等进行生产活动的行为,是一种对农产品生态环境不造成污染、能保证农业可持续发展的一种生产手段.
