摘要
本文介绍了美国著名管理思想家彼得·德鲁克对管理学科和实践的基本假设即范式的系统研究,他对七个管理旧范式(管理即工商企业管理、有一种正确的组织形式、有一种正确的管理人的方式、技术和最终用途为固定的与给定的、管理的范围由法律界定、管理的范围是政治上界定的、管理的领域只限于一个机构的内部)逐一进行了批判性分析,并提出了相应的新范式的表述。最后,概括地指出了德鲁克管理新范式对今天有效管理的重要意义。
This essay introduce the great Americian management thinkerPeter Druker's systematic study on fundamental assumption or paradigmsunderlying the discipline and practice of management. He analyses andcriticizes seven old management paradigms (management is businessmanagement, the one right organization, the one right way to managepeople, technologies and end-users and fixed and given, managementsscope is legally defined, managements scope is politically defined, theinside is managements domain) one by one, and presents the new onesrespectively. Finally, the important significance of Druckers newmanagement paradigm for todays effective management is brieflystressed.
