摘要
项目的集成管理是整个项目管理科学中最为重要的一项综合性管理内容,但是现有的项目管理理论和实践对于这一部分项目管理的内容、原理和方法的研究仍然十分欠缺。本文在讨论项目集成管理现有理论和方法的基础上,进一步对项目工期、成本、质量和风险等现代项目成功要素的集成管理进行了较为深入的探讨。特别之处还在于本文依据“挣值管理(Earned ValueManagement)”的原理,提出了一套项目全要素集成管理的基本方法。
Project Integration Management is the most importantmanagement aspect among the project management body of knowledge.But until now, there are some deficiencies in the research about projectintegration management principles, theories and methodologies. Thispaper has discussed the theory and methodology of the project integrationmanagement that exist now. And it also has discussed deeply the multi-factors integrated management method of factors of project cost, time,quality, risk and so on. Especially, there is a total factors integrationmanagement methodology based on the principle of Earned ValueManagement that is brought forward in this paper.
