摘要
采用直接合成法合成碳化硼粉,并用合成的碳化硼粉进行热压烧结.对其性能进行了测试,结果表明碳化硼的性能达到或超过所提供的参考值.
Boron carbide powder with high party is synthesized by the reaction of boron and carbon in carbon-tube furnace, and boron carbide pellets are obtained through hot-pressing with a density controlling method. The mechnical and physical properties are measured respectively, and the resells show that the properties of boron carbide hot-pressing are good enough to be used as controller compared to referential values because the microstructure is strictly controlled.
