摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定卵磷脂质量的方法,以V(氯仿)∶V(无水乙醇)∶V(三乙胺)∶V(水)=10∶11 3∶11 7∶2 7为展开剂,溴百里酚蓝碱液为显色剂,日本岛津CS-930型薄层扫描仪定量扫描.测得精密度变异系数为2 45%,稳定性变异系数为0 364%,回收率在100 4%~102 2%范围内.该方法简捷方便,重现性,稳定性较好.
The content of lecithin was determined by thin-layer chromatographic scanner. Chloroform-ethanol-triethylamine-water(10∶11.3∶11.7∶2.7) was used as developing solvent on an TLC silica plate. Bromothymol blue was used for coloration of the samples. The results showed that the repetition was 2.45% and the stability was 0.346%. The recovery rate was 100.4%~102.2%. It could be concluded that this method is a simple one with good repetition and stability.
