黄柏叶中黄酮醇甙含量测定及其抑菌实验

Determination of contents of flavonol glycosides in the leaves of Phellodendron chinense Schneid  and investigation of their fungistasis

探讨了黄柏叶的3种黄酮醇甙的抑菌作用,发现这3种黄酮醇甙化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌及枯草杆菌有抑菌作用,尤其对枯草杆菌的抑菌作用最强.并用薄层扫描法测定黄酮醇甙类的含量.测定波长370nm,参比波长650nm.回收率97 3%～98 3%,RSD为0 35%～1 16%.

The fungistasis of flavonol glycosides in the leaves of Phellodendron chinense Schneid was confirmed and the contents of flavonol glycosides were determinated by TLC-scanning,λs=280 nm,λR=310 nm. The average recovery was 97.3%～98.3%. RSD was 0.35%～1.16%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
