摘要
有害赤潮及含赤潮毒素生物对海洋水产养殖业和海洋食品进而对海洋生物、人、畜等构成极大的威胁和危害,甚至造成人类中毒死亡.所以,建立特异、灵敏的检测方法对于减少危害是十分必要的.赤潮藻毒素的检测常规方法———生物法和化学法;新的方法有神经受体结合检测技术、细胞毒性检测技术、免疫学检测技术等.免疫学检测技术是利用抗原抗体反应的特异性来检测毒素,其优点是经济、快速、高效、特异,常用竞争法免疫检测、"三明治"法检测等.
The harmful algal blooms, as well as related toxic micro-organisms, have done great harm to marine aquaculture, the safety of seafood products, other marine organisms, human beings and livestock. Moreover, the harm by toxins produced by some algae is greater and more dangerous . Red tide phycotoxins have caused deaths to many people. So it is necessary for us to develop some analytical methods with high specificity and sensitivity. Biological and chemical methods are by far the common assays used to analyze the toxins. There are still some new methods and techniques - neuroreceptors binding assays, cytotoxicity assays, immunological assays and so on. Immunoassays like direct competitive assay, basic sandwich assay, can be used to analyze the toxins with high specificity of the reactions between antigen and antibody,and fortes to be economical, rapid, highly specific, and so forth.
