碳纳米管冷阴极场发射的研究进展

摘要 碳纳米管具有大的表面比和纳米级尖端且易制备,作为冷阴极场发射材料在平板显示领域有潜在的应用价值。文中对近年来国内外有关碳纳米管制备方法、场发射实验与机理的研究现状进行了综述。 Carbon nanotubes feature high aspect ratios and small radii of curvature at their tips and can be prepared easily. They are of considerable interest to potential application in flat panel display as a cold cathode material. Carbon nanotube fabrication and its field emission experiment and mechanism are described and reviewed in this paper
