高等学校教学奖励制度对于深化教学改革,提高教育质量,推进素质教育具有独特的意义和作用。本文探讨了建立健全科学有效的高等学校教学奖励体系应当达到的基本要求,并从调整奖项设置和评奖周期,落实相关政策待遇,规范奖励评审工作,注重成果推广应用等方面提出了进一步完善高等学校教学奖励体系的基本对策。

The awarding system in colleges and u niversities has distinctive significance and function in deepening the teaching,reform,imp roving the quality of education and g iving an impetus to the quality e-ducation.This article discusses th e basis requirements for establishi ng a perfect,scientific and efficie nt awarding system in colleges and univ ersities.Meanwhile,it points out t he basic measures of further im-provement of the awarding system in c olleges and universities,such as,a djusting the awarded items and awarding intervals,carrying out th e related policies,normalizing the evaluationand judgment on awards an d laying stress on popularization and application of the results etc.
