摘要
通过对态度理论的阐述,提出了在现代管理如何运用态度理论使职工形成好的工作态度消除坏的工作态度。
This paper makes an introduction of a ttitude theory.Applying it to modern management.The author offers some ideas on how to help employees to keep a good attitude to ward their word instead of a bad one.
