以煤炭企业综合调度管理信息化建设为背景 ,讨论了煤炭企业调度信息化建设中的目标、原则、内容和功能的基本要求 ,提出了在系统集成基础上的综合调度管理信息系统的体系结构和层次结构模型 ,并进行了初步设计和实现 .

Aiming at the problem of constructing an integrated synthetic dispatch MIS (SDMIS) for a coal enterprise, the target, principles, structure, and the basic requirements of the SDMIS were discussed. The Architecture and hierarchical structure Model for solving the problems in constructing the SDMIS were put forward. And the SDMIS was preliminarily designed.
