摘要
应用反渗透 ( RO)技术原理研究了煤矿苦咸水的处理工艺 .对原水含盐量为 2 0 0 0 mg/ L,各项指标严重超标的苦咸水进行了实验室试验和现场试验 ,在曝气 1 h及混凝沉淀 1 h后通过锰砂过滤的预处理 ,然后进入 RO系统 (渗透膜为 CPA膜 ) .在进水压力 1 6.5 kg/ cm3 ,温度为 1 5~ 2 5℃的运行条件下 ,整个系统脱水率可稳定在 98%以上 ,产水率达 80 % ,对微生物、细菌均有明显的去除效果 ,其出水水质优于国家饮用水标准 .
Technique of treating brackish water from a coal mine was researched based on the principle of reverse osmosis (RO) technology. Experiments for treating brackish water whose salinity is 2000 mg/L and all the indexes are beyond the standard were carried out in both lab and field. The outflow was aerated for 1h and then coagulated and deposited for another 1h; after that it was pre-treated through filtrating operation of manganese sand and then by the RO system. The result shows that for the CPA membrane, if the inflow pressure is 16.5 Kg/cm 3, temperature is 15~25℃, the total salt removal rate may be above 98% and outflow rate be 80%. Meanwhile the removal effects of microbiology are good and the outflow quality is even better than the national standard of potable water.
