微波辐射对甲苯磺酸催化合成丁二酸二乙酯 被引量:4

摘要 采用微波辐射技术,用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,以无水乙醇和丁二酸直接合成丁二酸二乙酯。最佳条件:醇酸摩尔比为6:1,催化剂用量为0.8g(丁二酸11.8g),在此条件下微波辐射时间为20min。酯化率便可达95.8%。且通过实验发现,微波辐射时的反应速率远大于常规加热法。 The diethyl succinate was synthesized by esterification of anhydrous alcohol with succinic acid catalyzed by p - toluene sulphonic acid (PTSA) under microwave irradiation. Under the optimum reaction conditions: molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 6: 1, amount of catalyst was 0. 8 g(Succinic acid 11. 8g), microwave irradiation time was 20 min, the yield of diethyl succinate was 95. 8 %. The experiment results showed that under microwave irradiation , the reaction rate was faster than that of conventional heating.
