摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司两套分别采用烧焦罐式高效再生工艺和同轴串联逆流两段再生工艺的重油催化裂化装置的运行效果进行了分析和比较。表明两种不同的再生工艺在各自不同的状态下 ,采用不同的操作条件时 ,均能最大限度发挥自己的特点。在加工同样性质的原料 ,使用同样的催化剂时 ,都能满足对催化剂的再生要求 (再生催化剂碳含量小于 0 .0 5 % )。同轴串联逆流两段再生工艺适应性较强、操作弹性较大、抗事故能力较强、消耗指标较低 ,但在催化剂置换率和开停工时间方面又相对处于劣势。因此选择什么工艺 。
Running performance of two RFCC units adopting coke-burning drum regeneration and two stage regeneration with co-axial counter flow in series respectively in Jinan Company have been analyzed and compared. The result shows that the two regeneration processes have both met the requirement (carbon content of the regenerated catalyst is less than 0.05%) at the different states and operation conditions with the same feedstock and the same catalyst. It is pointed out that the two-stage regeneration with co-axial counter flow in series has the characteristics of better adaptability and operation flexibility, strong accident resistance and low energy consumption. However, it is inferior to the coke-burning drum regeneration in the catalyst altering and the time of start-up and shout-down.
