阐述了中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司炼油厂Ⅰ套常减压蒸馏装置和催化裂化装置两套老装置更新改造对全厂汽油、柴油产品质量升级及设备隐患治理的必要性。介绍了更新改造计划 ,指出 :在老装置改造中 ,将设备隐患治理和技术进步、产品升级结合起来 ,能大大提高资金使用效果 。

The necessity of revamping No. 1 atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and catalytic cracking unit to upgrade the refinery's gasoline and diesel quality and treat the hidden peril in equipment are described through the analysis of unit composition, equipment status and gasoline and diesel quality in Anqing Company. The revamping plan is introduced. It is pointed out that integrating the treatment of hidden peril in equipment with the technology progress and product upgrading in old unit revamping can result in the effective use of funds and obtain better economic benefits.
