摘要
齐鲁乙烯装置 1998年改造为 45 0kt a后 ,碳二加氢反应器改为两段加氢流程。开车初期 ,反应器运行效果较差 ,运行周期短、乙烯损失大。通过采取优化控制 ,反应器运行状况表现出了较高的催化活性、加氢选择性和操作稳定性 ,运行周期由不足 5个月延长至 3 5个月以上 ,乙烯增量明显提高 ,3 7%以上的乙炔转化为乙烯。
During the expansion of Qilu ethylene plant (from 300kt to 450kt) in 1998, acetylene converters were transformed from one section to two sections. In the initial period of the startup,the converters did not work well,the run-length was very short, and the loss of ethylene was higher than normal. Through improving control methods, the activity of catalyst becomes higher,hydrogenation selectivity and performance are stable, and the run-length is extended to 35 months from 5 months. 36% of acetylene is converted into ethylene, resulting in obvious ethylene output increment.
