摘要
人力资源是一种比物力资源价值高、作用大的可再生资源。文章从人力资源的内涵、特征以及我国人力资源的现状入手,分析了加入世界贸易组织对我国人力资源结构的变化及影响,探讨了人力资源开发管理的新途径。
Human resource is a kind of regenerative resources more valuable than material resources.Beginning with the connotation and features of human resources and the state of human resources in China,this paper analyzes the im-pacts of China's entry into WTO on the structure of do-mestic human resources,and discusses new ways to devel-op and manage human resources.
