摘要
以市售石蜡为原料用尿素包合法制得了具有合适相变温度 (熔程在 2 6~ 2 6 .6℃ )的石蜡。实验证明影响反应的主次因素依次为包合温度、尿素与石蜡的质量比、反应时间、乙醇与尿素的质量比 ;在反应温度为 70℃、尿素与石蜡的质量比为 3∶1、反应时间为 2 .5h、乙醇与尿素的质量比为 0 .2时 ,得到初熔点为 2 6℃ ,终熔点为 2 6 .6℃的石蜡 。
The paraffin with appropriate phase transition temperature (from 26 ℃ to 26.6 ℃) was separated from the paraffin on sale by the urea adduct method. The results showed that the influences of various factors to the reaction are decreasing in the following order: adducting temperature, the mass ratio of paraffin to urea, adducting time and the mass ratio of ethanol to urea; under the conditions of reaction temperature 70 ℃, the mass ratio of paraffin to urea 3∶1, reaction time 2.5 h, the mass ratio of ethanol to urea 1∶5, paraffin with melting range from 26 ℃to 26.6 ℃ was obtained, which should be further microencapsulated and used in construction materials as phase transition material.
