介绍了通过色谱分离法或化学方法进行外消旋底物的拆分或前手性底物的不对称化来制备 (R) 沙丁胺醇的方法 ,讨论了采用新型手性催化剂。
In this article the recent advances in preparation of (R) Salbutamol by resolution and asymmetric synthesis as well as the useful catalysts are introduced.
