摘要
采用种子聚合工艺合成了PVC用透明型高抗冲改性剂MBS树脂 ,对树脂制备过程中的影响因素进行了研究 ,并对相同牌号的MBS树脂的综合性能进行了对比评价。研究表明 :该法从根本上改善了聚合体系稳定性 ,合成的MBS树脂在抗冲击性、透明性及黄色指数方面达到了较好的平衡 ,并使得提高固含量和胶单比成为可能。有利于某些特定后处理工艺的实施。
Transparent and high impact resistant MBS resin modifier for PVC was synthesized by seed polymerization The influence factor in the polymerization were studied and the overall property of the MBS resin of the same trade mark were appraised by comparison The results showed the stability of the synthesized system was improved once and for all by seed polymerization,the impact resistance,transparence and yellow index of the synthesized MBS resin had come up to a better equilibrium level,making the increase of the ratio of solid content and latex/monomer ratio possible,being of benefit to some post treatments for the resin
