摘要
研究了碳纳米管的加入对PA6复合材料的力学性能的影响 ,并用扫描电镜和特性粘数法对结构与性能的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明 ,碳纳米管的加入提高了PA6的强度 ,此时碳纳米管能够以纳米状态均匀地分布在基体中。碳纳米管在原位复合过程中没有对高分子链段的增长带来负面影响 ,反而使PA6的聚合程度略有增大。
Based on the study of in situ fabrication process for PA6/carbon nano tube composites,the effect of carbon nano tubes on the mechanical properties of PA6 was investigated Moreover,the structure and specific viscosity of the composites were measured The results showed that the addition of carbon nano tube intensively increased the tensile strength of PA6 composites Due to the even distribution of the carbon nano tube in PA6 matrix and binding interface between carbon nano tubes and PA6,the strength of the composites was improved
