摘要
通过热重分析研究了尼龙 12 12在N2 气氛中在不同升温速率下的热降解过程和机理。尼龙 12 12的热降解曲线表明 ,尼龙 12 12的热降解是一步过程。用Kinssinger和Flynn Wall Ozawa两种方法求得尼龙 12 12的热降解表观活化能为2 2 7 5~ 2 2 8 2kJ/mol。用Coats Redfern方法证明了尼龙 12 12的热降解为减速机理。
By thermogravimetric analysis(TG),the decomposition processes and reaction mechanisms(RM) of the thermal degradation of nylon 1212 in N 2 were studied The TG plot of nylon 1212 indicated that the thermal degradation process of nylon1212 was a one step reaction The activation energy of the solid state process was determined by means of Kinssinger and Flynn Wall Ozawa methods,which did not require knowledge of the RM,resulting to be 227 5~228 2 kJ/mol Different integral,methods and RM reported in the literature were used and compared with these values The analysis of experimental results suggested that in the conversion range studied,5%~20%,the actual RM was of deceleration type
