摘要
本文就采用固着金刚石磨料对硬质合金机械密封环进行高速精磨的课题进行了研究,提出了磨粒磨削模型,计算并导出了相对速度及轨迹,给出了压力分布计算及程序,并根据压力分布的特点得出了临界偏心的概念并给出其计算程序,据此给出模具的使用特性曲线,最后给出了工艺规程。采用该技术加工硬质合金机械密封环所达到的主要技术指标:Rα<0.007μ;平面波纹峰谷值0.54~0.077μ;加工所需时间t<80s。
In this paper some research work has been done that carbide Machanical sealing ring is ma- chining by the means of high-speed precision grinding with fixed diamond abrasive. The paper gives abrasive grinding mold ; calculates and its program; puts forward the concept of critical eccentric and gives its calculation program according to the pressure distribution. At last, the paper gives the grinding wheel using-charater graph and its technolgical rule. The main technologycal target of the carbide machanical sealing ring which is machining by tech- nology reaches: Ra<0. 007μm; PRa 0. 057-0. 077μm; matching time, t<80s.
