In the development of the philosophy of science and technology in the 21 st century,two tendencies will appear,i.e.science-oriented and humanism-oriented.Computing philosophy will become the typical component of science and technology philosophy with the distinctive features of the 21 st century while the cognitive orientation will tend to be the most influential development in the 21 st century philosophy of science and technology.
