本文建立了锥形模具铣刀锥顶角β与被加上件V型槽的槽面角α、刀具倾角φ之间的关系式。计算出锥顶角β不等于槽面角α时,刀具倾角φ的一系列数值,供加工时选用。

This paper givs the relation function among the cone-apex angle β taper die milling cutter, the workpiece angle of V groove α and the tool slope angle φ and gives α Series of Calculation results of the tool slope angle φ when the tool cone-apex angle β is not equal to the workpiece angle α of V groove for the choosing in machining.
