New Technologies for Forming Ceramic Materials by Colloidal Method

摘要 陶瓷材料胶态成型技术是制备高可靠性、近净尺寸、复杂形状陶瓷部件的有效途径.本文比较详细地介绍了五种新型胶态成型方法:快速凝固成型、胶态振动注模成型、温度诱导絮凝成型、直接凝固注模成型、凝胶注模成型的成型原理和主要工艺,探讨了今后陶瓷成型技术的发展趋势. In recent years, the colloidal processing techniques have become one of research focuses in ceramic materials because they are effective ways to fabricate large size, complicated shape ceramic parts of high reliability. In this paper, the principles and the main technology of five new colloidal processing techniques: quickest solidifying moulding, collolid vibration casting, temperature induced flocculation; direct coagulation casting and gelcasting, and the futrue development trends of forming processes of ceramics are discussed.
