摘要 芬兰、荷兰和瑞士的高中课程改革特别突出学生能力的培养和潜力的实现 ,为此 ,它们加大了课程选择的力度 ,力求打破平均发展的传统模式 ,保证学生多样化发展 ,这种改革思路为学生有个性的发展提供了更多的机会 ,有利于优秀学生的脱颖而出 ,有利于教学质量的提高 ,有利于特色学校的形成和师生关系的改善。对我国的高中课程改革具有重要参考价值。 s: The curriculum reform of high school of Finland,Holland and Switzerland especially stresses the cultivation of students' ability and realization of potentiality.For this,they open larger space for choosing courses and make every effort to break the traditional mode of average development to guarantee diversified development of students.In this way,they can offer more chances for students' development in their own specified style.And it is also favorable for outstanding student to show his talent.So it helps improve teaching quality and the relationship between teachers and students.At last,it does benefit to the characteristic school's forming. So it has important reference value to the curriculum reform of high school of our country.
