The whole-scaled development of human being is a usually old but always young issue.To Marx and Engles,it means the full and general development of human power of productivity,socialization,talent and perfectability.It has been proved to be a realistic process of history,in which human and its individual's whole-scaled developments could not be separated and converge gradually. Now, market economy has builded an elementary material foundation, and the socialist market economy will enlarge the boundless space for the whole-scaled development of human being. At the same time, education, especially quality education, will promote greatly and directly the development.
