摘要
学徒制是“做中学”的最早形式和最古老的专业技能培训方式之一 ,至今依然在我国教师职后培训体系中发挥着难以替代的作用。现代学徒制培训在传统学徒制一对一指导、耳提面命、切身受教、循序渐进等特点的基础上 ,又被赋予了新的内涵与特征。
Apprentice-system is the earliest form of learn-in-do, and also one of the oldest specialty training methods. Now it still plays an important effect on the field of teachers' training in our country. Modern apprentice-system makes its foundation on traditional apprentice-system, which is characterized by one-to-one guidance, face-to-face teaching, advancing step-by-step etc, but has been endowed with new connotation and characteristics.
