摘要
本文以AT机BIOS的扩充服务15H号中断的87H号、88H号功能调用为背景,讨论了在DOS操作系统下,微机扩充内存的使用,并以 Turbo Pascal 语言为工具,以链表形式实现了扩充内存的管理,较好的解决了机器常规内存不足的矛盾。
This paper discusses the use of IBM PC/AT computer's extended RAM under DOS system, with the function-call of 87H and 88H interruptions in the extended service 15H of BIOS AT comput- er.This paper realizes the extended RAM management in the form of a chain and effectively solves the conflicts of the lack in traditional memory by using Turbo Pascal.
