The Military Applications and the Development Situation of High Power Semiconductor Lasers at Home and Abroad

本文着重论述了近几年来半导体激光器的发展及在军事上的应用情况。例举了这种激光器在精确制导、引信、测距、雷达、通讯、模拟和泵浦固体激光器等方面的一些应用实例,并分析了这种激光器的国内外研究状况和发展前景。

In this paper,the devrlopment and military applications of hifh power semiconductor lasers inreccnt years have been described emphatically.Examples have been given of the appiications of these lasers in accurate control and guide,detonating,range finding,radar communication,similation and solid-state laser pumping,et al.The stateof research activities and the development prospects of semi- conductor lasers have also been analysed.
