Study of Apectra Properties About Niobate and Tantalate Excited by D_y^(3+)

本文通过在空气中合成的掺不同浓度D_y^(3+)的铌酸钙和钽酸钡发光粉在常温下荧光光谱特性的研究,报导了此系列发光粉的激光发谱、发射光谱及黄/蓝比,分析了不同基质、不同浓度D_y^(3+)的光谱规律,并对其发光机理进行了讨论。

This paper studys feuorescence spectra character under normal temperature of calcium niobi- ate and bariwm tartalate luminous powder compounded with various amount of doping D_y^(3+)in in atmo- sphere reports excitation spectra,emission spectra and the strength ratio of yellour/blue about this series of luminous materials,analyses spectral requarity of different hast and different concentration of dop- ing D_y^(3+)and luminant mecharism was also discussed.
