摘要
本文以湖南为例 ,从分析农业大省严峻的就业形势及导致就业不足的原因出发 ,阐述了农业大省扩大就业的大体思路、基本路径和这一路径选择的逻辑起点及其可行性。
Taking example for Hunan province,this paper analyzes the serious employment situation and the reasons leading to employment deficiency,and illustrates the general thought and basic path to expand employment in a big agriculture\|dominated province,then discusses the path's logical start point and its feasibility.The authors propose five necessary countermeasures to expand employment via the path.
